Individual Therapy
I am dedicated to helping individuals end suffering related to trauma, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems, which is a therapeutic model that helps individuals heal by exploring the internal family of parts within.
My mission is to provide an empathetic and supportive space for individuals to explore their internal world and create meaningful change. Transcending Trauma is here to provide you with the tools to heal and move towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
Group Psychotherapy
I believe in the power of healing in connection with others. I offer a variety of group therapy services, including an eating disorders process group and an Internal Family Systems process group, to help individuals overcome their personal struggles.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where members can talk openly about their experiences. I strive to empower individuals to find their own paths to healing and create meaningful changes in their lives.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for Master's level social workers seeking clinical licensure. I specialize in helping those who work with clients who have experienced trauma. Kristin provides a safe and supportive environment for our trainees to learn, grow and further develop their skills.
Throughout my clinical supervision program, we will focus on developing clinical competencies, while also helping to build self-awareness and self-care strategies. My goal is to help my trainees become highly experienced and qualified clinical social workers.
